Thakur (Chairperson, Board of Trustees, ISST), Dr. Jahnvi Andharia (Director & Research Fellow, ISST), Ms. Meenu Vadehra (Azad Foundation), Ms Anweshaa Ghosh (Research Fellow & Project Lead, ISST) and Ms Prama Mukhopadhyay (Research Analyst, ISST).
The launch was followed up by sharing of key findings by Anweshaa and Prama. The team also screened the film, ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’, which showcased the journey (challenges) of CSO in providing skilling to women in the North Bengal region where they are located.
The closed event was attended by researchers, practitioners and policy persons working on non-traditional livelihoods and skilling. The group was actively engaged through Q&A sessions and roundtable discussions where they shared their experiences of working on the subject and also suggested possible ways of taking the research forward.
